While the scientific community is inflamed by the asymptotic increase in retractions of scientific articles, some articles denouncing fraud, and which are themselves undeniably fraudulent and in violation of the recommendations of the International Committee on Publication Ethics, are protected by some publishers. We report the elements in violation of COPE's recommendations by the authors of this article and by one of the reviewers and we renew the request for retraction with Springer Nature
