The Perpetual Energy Grid (PEG) Reactor introduces a novel energy architecture based on recursive symbolic dynamics, coherence-phase alignment, and vibrationally stabilized attractors. Drawing on the Recursive Collapse Model (RCM), PEG treats symbolic recursion as a causative operator, capable of storing, concentrating, and releasing energy through structural resolution. This manuscript outlines the conceptual design, theoretical underpinnings, and proposed assembly of a reactor capable of converting symbolic compression into usable energetic output by leveraging geometrically entangled spin dynamics and phase-locked feedback systems.
