Abstract

Social movements and protests are unique techniques of studying society and identifying social challenges and cultural demands. People who belong to the culture and their societal institutions, such as the legal system, are also shown in social movements. In July 2024, Bangladesh students created history by compelling the government to resign. Rapid changes in social and political aspects are the result of the movement, which was first sparked by the call for quota reform. This study investigates the movement and attempts to investigate its roots and intentions by examining the violent chronology from 2008 to 2024. This research will focus on the rapid changes of social and political stature in Bangladesh through narrative analysis and case study methods. Also, the Intersectional approach is along with the description to see through the near history to unleash the motivation of the people in these kinds of communal actions. In future this work could be new approach to see the movement and behind the situation of a movement.
