Abstract

This paper explores the Quranic narrative in Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:24-26), which describes a group of people confined to a specific area for 40 years. We examine the possibility that their confinement was due to a localized space-time curvature, a self-looping wormhole network, or a temporary space-time bubble, all of which are derived from Einstein’s General Relativity (Einstein, 1915). These models can theoretically create a region where movement is possible within but escape is temporarily impossible. We discuss how these concepts relate to modern physics, their implications for space-time manipulation, and how the phenomenon is related to horses in the historical context. The analysis is supported by Quranic references from Quran.com, as well as citations from scientific literature on space-time and wormhole physics.
