Abstract

We present an integrated theoretical, computational, and empirical framework—Recursive Awareness in Molecular Actualization (RAM)—that explores how recursiveinformational sensitivity can bias molecular systems toward structured configurationsunder entropy-driven conditions. Grounded in a Rotating Fibonacci-Awareness Equationand implemented via batch RNA simulations, RAM captures emergent structuralselection behaviors across multiple RNA classes. Using entropy-based scoring andrecursive sensitivity scaling, we validate the model against estimated Minimum FreeEnergy (MFE), revealing strong correlations. This work unifies abstract cognitive modulationwith physical biochemistry, offering a novel lens on the origin of molecular orderand life.
