Searches of EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS), PubMed, and ProQuest databases were used, and relevant studies and papers' citations were searched for. Using five steps to conduct a systematic review of original publications published in English between January 2017 and January 2022. Results Following a thorough literature review based on predetermined criteria, 80 new papers were identified; After doing a quality assessment, eight of them were included in this review. There are good programs to activate the BMP via the MNM locations. However, no specific discussion is found on the association between empathy and strengthening leadership talents in those studies. Empathy reduces the emotional pain of healthy persons and improves BMP results dramatically. Despite the fact that only a few studies could be used, the research question seems to be gaining how to increase empathy in the human-centered organization by the BMP pre-and post-engagement in mindfulness of social-emotional learning as well as natural and habitat tasks of visuomotor and auditory challenging.
