AbstractThe rapid evolution of cloud computing has redefined the landscape of software development and operations, placing DevOps at the core of modern IT strategies. As infrastructure complexity grows and the demand for continuous delivery intensifies, organizations are turning to artificial intelligence (AI) to automate and optimize their DevOps workflows. This paper explores the intersection of AI and DevOps in cloud-native environments, highlighting how machine learning algorithms, intelligent monitoring, predictive analytics, and self-healing systems are reshaping deployment pipelines, incident management, and infrastructure provisioning. Drawing from recent advancements and real-world case studies, we examine the transformative potential of AI in reducing human intervention, enhancing system reliability, and accelerating time-to-market. We also address the technical and ethical challenges posed by AI integration, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and operational transparency. Ultimately, this study underscores the necessity of strategic AI adoption to maintain agility and resilience in an increasingly dynamic cloud ecosystem.
