Abstract

This work challenges the classical moral assumption that free will is universally distributed. Through the Spiritualectic framework, Badru Michael Oluwarotimi introduces the “Constraint Law of Expressive Will,” which quantifies volition as a function of awareness, capacity, and resistance. The paper argues that desire does not equate to agency unless capacity exists. This philosophical correction reframes moral responsibility, karma, and ethical judgment through structural and energetic honesty. The model allows for a more compassionate and empirically valid understanding of human behavior and accountability.
