This proposal explores the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in education, analyzing the UNESCO report "Guidance for Generative AI in Education and Research" (2023). The report addresses eight key challenges and recommends seven strategic actions to guide GAI’s development and application in educational settings. Central themes include equity in access to digital tools, ethical considerations in AI design, and the need for transparent, accountable AI systems. This document reflects on the potential of GAI to enhance educational practices, such as personalized learning and automated content generation, while also emphasizing the risks of digital inequities, bias, and intellectual property violations. Recommendations are offered to ensure inclusive, ethical AI adoption, with a focus on developing supportive policies, fostering digital literacy, and ensuring equitable access to technology. The analysis aims to promote a responsible AI framework in education that balances technological innovation with human values.
