Abstract

Gamma rays are high-frequency electromagnetic waves (light), typically emitted during nuclear reactions or particle decays. They always travel at the speed of light in a vacuum. Like all light, they carry energy and momentum, but they don’t have mass. According to Einstein’s general relativity, gravity is caused not just by mass but by energy and momentum, too. This includes mass (like the Earth), light (photons, including gamma rays) and any form of energy (even pressure) [1]. In this report, we suggest that gamma rays contribute to gravity by their energy which wrap the spacetime by mathematical expression.
