Abstract

Kurt Gödel (1906-1978) is considered amongst the greatest mathematicians and logicians of all time. Herein his case of food refusal and self-starvation are presented to highlight the necessity for vigilance and multi-disciplinary approach to manage this complex physico-psychiatric disorder.
