Abstract

This paper introduces Interontological Fluidity (IF), a novel framework for understanding cognitive processes that enable seamless meaning translation across ontologically distinct domains while maintaining ethical coherence. IF presents a post-symbolic model of intelligence capable of navigating emotional, mathematical, linguistic, and philosophical terrains without semantic loss. The framework proposes six primary ontological domains, three core ethical protocols, and a practical architecture for implementation in both human cognition and artificial intelligence systems. Implications for AI development, educational models, and cross-cultural communication are discussed.
