Abstract

This paper proposes a novel quantum gravity framework that integrates FractalLoop Quantum Gravity (FLQG) with Causal Dynamical Triangulation (CDT). Byintroducing the concept of fractal geometry, we construct a self-similar spacetimemanifold and derive the fractal action, dynamic dimension evolution equations,and modified constraint algebra. Theoretical predictions include corrections toblack hole entropy, gravitational wave dispersion effects, and TeV-scale jet anoma?lies. Numerical calculations indicate that the fractal dimension evolution parameterβ = 0.12 aligns with Planck satellite observational data. Furthermore, we proposeexperimental verification schemes based on the LISA gravitational wave detectorand LHC jet experiments, opening new avenues for testing quantum gravity theo?ries.
