    This is one of the limitations of the present study. Information on adverse events that did not require treatment was not available, except for voluntary reports. This is a general limitation in adverse event investigations. The COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna Intramuscular Injection efficacy after second doses was 94.1% in preventing symptomatic, laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 among persons without evidence of previous SARS-CoV-2 infection 3,5). Age is often a risk factor for adverse events and should be pursued with caution.
