The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in developing University Curriculum (UC) and Job Scholars Opportunities (JSO) on Graduate Employability Outcomes (GEO) regarding university industry collaborations (UIC) mechanism. This study adopted a quantitative approach where data was obtained from academician, experts and directors who are related with industry and university within the Bangladeshi UIC. A total of 305 questionnaires were administered to these professionals to provide information regarding the subject matter under scope. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was adopted to examine possible relationships among identified factors that were obtained from a review of extant literature. The final model revealed that GEO can be improved through UIC. The UIC whereas, as effective monitoring, reviewing and supervising role of IQAC that contribution to design quality UC and JSO relevance in the long run. To continuously enhance the graduate employability outcome of students before graduation, IQAC maintain quality standards in curriculum activities, scholar’s job opportunities that leads to become crucial graduate readiness outcomes. There have been several generalized statements as to which of the UIC activities contribute to graduate employability. The intervention effect both IQAC and TB on employability. Therefore, measurement model to test the validity and reliability of the instruments following the recommendations. Through the use of SEM using smart pls, it was possible to state precisely the UIC constructs that are statistically significant and contribute to graduate employability outcome.
