Abstract

With the continuous expansion of oil and gas surface engineering construction and the significant increase in technological complexity, traditional construction site management models are facing considerable challenges in establishing data closed-loop management, real-time risk perception, and in-depth accident reconstruction. To address these issues, a three-dimensional simulation-based reconstruction and analysis system is developed by integrating the Internet of Things (IoT), computer vision, and 3D simulation technologies. Based on a closed-loop management paradigm of “perception–modeling–analysis–decision–review,” a bidirectional digital twin architecture between the physical construction site and the digital model is established, enabling visual monitoring, intelligent analysis, and accurate traceability throughout the entire construction process. The system architecture consists of a physical perception layer, a digital model layer, a data fusion and processing module, a dynamic optimization module, an intelligent application service module, and a unified communication bus. It possesses the capability for real-time acquisition, fusion analysis, and collaborative processing of multi-source heterogeneous data. In terms of functional implementation, the system integrates key technologies such as panoramic 3D reconstruction, dynamic trajectory tracking, specialized model libraries, and intelligent behavior recognition, supporting a full-process closed-loop management mechanism from on-site reconstruction to accident review. Practical applications demonstrate that the proposed system can effectively break data barriers and promote the transformation of construction management from experience-based judgment to data-driven decision-making. It not only provides a systematic solution for oil and gas surface engineering construction management but also offers a valuable technological pathway for the digital transformation of the industry.
