Abstract

In traditional manual feeding methods for aquaculture, problems such as inconvenient feed delivery, feed waste, and water environment pollution caused by feed residues are prevalent. To address the time-consuming and labor-intensive drawbacks of traditional feeding modes, and to respond to the energy conservation and emission reduction requirements in the aquaculture industry, this paper focuses on the practical needs of aquaculture production and innovatively develops a multifunctional automatic feeding boat with energy-efficient characteristics. The design of this feeding boat integrates advanced aquaculture technology and green energy application concepts, aiming to provide an energy-saving, efficient and convenient solution for aquaculture practitioners while reducing energy consumption in the aquaculture process. The overall structure of the aquaculture feeding boat mainly includes key components such as a feeding device, an energy-saving power device, and a stable power supply device. In terms of the hull structure, a catamaran design is adopted, which not only ensures the stability and load-bearing capacity of the hull but also optimizes its hydrodynamic performance, thereby reducing the energy loss during the operation of the boat. Meanwhile, the rational layout of the hull structure is carried out to fully utilize the ship space, reduce deck occupation, and further improve energy utilization efficiency. In terms of power equipment, an energy-saving electric motor is selected as the driving source, which drives the propeller to realize the water surface operation of the boat. This electric power mode replaces the traditional internal combustion engine power, which is not only environmentally friendly and energy-saving, reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption, but also has the advantages of low noise and low maintenance cost, which is highly suitable for the green aquaculture environment. As the core component of the feeding boat, the feeding device adopts an open-top silo design and a tapered bottom design, which ensures that the feed can flow smoothly into the wedge-shaped hopper, further reducing the possibility of blockage and avoiding energy waste caused by equipment failure. This device can provide stable power support for the feeding boat, ensure its normal operation during the feeding process, and further improve the energy utilization efficiency of the whole equipment.
