Abstract

Topological spin textures, such as merons and antimerons, have garnered significant attention for their potential in spintronic devices due to their inherent topological stability. However, achieving precise electrical control over these topological textures has remained challenging. In this work, we experimentally demonstrate the current-controlled sequential injection of meron-antimeron pairs into a 180° magnetic domain wall conduit. This sequential injection is facilitated by nanosecond current pulses and driven by the topological repulsion between neighboring (anti)merons. The robustness of the topological energy barrier is corroborated through detailed analysis of meron-antimeron annihilation dynamics. This result provides a scalable and practical pathway for integrating topological spin textures into next-generation spintronic technologies.
