At present, when the leakage concentration of SF6 gas in GIS equipment of substation is large, the detection accuracy is low. In this paper, a new intelligent detection system is designed to realize the accurate detection of SF6 gas leakage by using intelligent robots to form an all-round scanning network. The TMS + XD chip is designed to improve the performance of the inspection robot. The ion migration method is used to design the SF6 detection technology and the SF6 concentration provided by the scanning window to analyze the ion spectrum and accurately judge the gas leakage law. Differential Energy Detection DED ( Differential Energy Detection DED ) algorithm and probability formula are used to grasp the SF6 gas leakage concentration, formulate the best filling range, and ensure the safe operation of substation GIS equipment. The test shows that the DL / T537 series substation GIS equipment is used in this study, the substation voltage level is 6 ~ 35KV, the SF6 leakage concentration output by the detection system is 15.8mol / ml, and the detection accuracy is 92.5%. By comparing the SF6 leakage concentration and detection accuracy curves in other systems through simulation, this design has the least SF6 gas leakage concentration and the highest detection accuracy.
