Abstract

Allotransplantation transcriptomic studies have yielded vast RNA-seq datasets, yet inconsistent analytical strategies severely hinder inter-study comparability—a long-standing bottleneck in the field. We curated 136 high-quality GEO datasets (102 bulk, 34 scRNA-seq) across 7 species, established a unified standardization pipeline, and developed ATDB (https://atdb.splicedb.net). This paradigm-shifting database covers multiple species and transplant-relevant organs, integrates user-friendly interactive analysis modules, and fills critical gaps in transplant research infrastructure. It serves as an indispensable tool to accelerate biomarker discovery, refine transplant therapeutic regimens, and propel translational progress in allotransplantation.
