Abstract

The integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models have revolutionize multiple sectors by improving task execution and information generation. These technologies allow sophisticated content creation in the text, image, video, coding, and presentation domains. This survey explores generative AI and LLMs through the perspective of prompt engineering, by focusing on structured prompt frameworks for controlling and enhancing model behavior. The basic generative models and their introduction into modern AI tools are reviewed, then followed by an organized categorization of tools into text-to-text, text-to-image, text-to-video, text-to-code, and presentation generation systems are discuss. In this paper we do a comparative analysis of the fourteen most commonly used generative artificial intelligence tools. Evaluate how different tools create content, their latest version, subscription, use case, strengths and weakness. How prompting techniques effect output quality, coherence, creativity, and alignment of task. In addition, the study also highlights ethical consideration and future direction providing insights for effective and responsible use of multi modal generative AI systems.
