Abstract

The paper presents the first records of Platanthera pervia Peterm. in Slovakia, based on observations from 21 localities in the Western Carpathians, specifically within the Biele Karpaty, Malé Karpaty, Považský Inovec, Strážovské vrchy, and Západné Beskydy mountain ranges. The localities reported here represent the northeastern limit of its currently known range. The paper provides detailed information on the species' description, distribution, habitat preferences, and key to the identification.
