While evaluations of turbulence actually relies on differents apparatus dedicated to determinations of atmospheric parameter separately, our method aim to realize the measurement of these parameters at the same time with a single device easily transportable and adaptable to many kind of optical systems.This article discuss a method of simultaneous measurement of the three Turbulence parameters, which are the Fried Seeing parameter \((r_0)\) , the atmospheric mean coherence time \((\tau _0)\) including its instantaneous value for each frames of an acquisition sequence \((\tau _0(n))\) in real time and the isoplanatic angle \((\theta _0)\) .The principle of the system is described along with the explanation of the theory behind it. Some measures were made using this system and analyzed. We finally show that our method, instead of actual methods providing a mean estimation of each parameters on long time range, allows us to get closer of a real time measurement on each frame.
