This study aims to evaluate the Knowledge Management (KM) determinants on climate action, and it assesses how university stakeholders can behave with SDGs, specifically SDG13. This study provides insight into the KM determinants of climate action in university stakeholders of Punjab, India. A survey-based, five-point Likert scale was used to test the hypothesis. A structured questionnaire was handed out to 1200 respondents, and 1103 were collected. PLS, CB-SEM techniques, and SPSS-26 applications to gain the result. It focuses on the response to their agreement on commitment to climate action competencies. Despite university stakeholders increasing their scalability in knowledge and skills, and demonstrating various levels of learning on climate action. This study suggests urgent policy reform, comprehensive cultural and value-based transformations, adopting technology without deeper reform, supporting evidence‑based decision‑making, and structured engagement mechanisms that will be adjusted in the recent situation to achieve knowledge. The findings indicate that universities are responsible for executing and adjusting their strategies to enhance stakeholder scalability and proficiencies, either in curriculum-based or mainstreaming with national policy and strategies to achieve their desired goals
