Large language models (LLMs) have emerged as one of the most popular topics in the field of artificial intelligence in recent years. With their precise and natural language generation capabilities and strong overall integration ability, they have found applications in various domains, including text editing, program development, and entertainment chat. As engineering management is a critical focus within the production and manufacturing sector, there is a growing demand for the use of LLMs in this area. This paper explores how to leverage large language model tools to efficiently identify stakeholders and formulate participation plans in engineering projects. The aim is to shorten project management time, improve information transparency, and enhance work efficiency. The use of LLMs can facilitate more reasonable stakeholder planning and also offer foundational support for further research in engineering management.
