Abstract

Peri-implant gaps that occur between the edges of the implant and the walls of the socket pose a major difficulty for immediate implantation currently. This research sought to address these deficiencies with ecobone graft, which does not require a membrane, and examine its impact on the stability and osseointegration of implants inserted in the maxilla. The study involved 24 cases, divided into the study group (with ecobone additive putty) and the control group, examining the effect on jumping distances. The results suggested that the material was significant, as evidenced by implant stability measurements, probing pocket depth, and the modified sulcus bleeding index
