The Diabetes Clinic at NYC HHC/Queens Hospital Center decided to conduct a Quality Assurance project aiming to gauge the patients’ perspective on the effectiveness, accessibility, and adverse effects of the flu vaccine. This survey was conducted from July to August 2024. The survey was administered via a confidential questionnaire in which patients were asked to fill out a series of questions assessing their knowledge, experience, side effects, accessibility, and willingness to take it in the future. The questionnaire was administered in both English and Spanish.
