As a valuable cultural resource, the digitization of ancient texts greatly enhances public accessibility. Digital platforms for ancient texts serve as key hubs connecting digital resources with users, and their design optimization directly impacts the communication efficiency and utilization depth of ancient text resources. Hence, this study analyzed user comments through a model encompassing reliability, empathy, and professionalism, thereby identifying major experiential challenges such as resource scarcity, poor text and image quality, and inadequate search functions. Based on this analysis, a systematic optimization plan has been proposed, along with suggestions for refining the design of the analytical model. Emphasizing non-technical service upgrades and strategies such as cross-platform ancient text searches, redesigned knowledge service processes, and barrier-free services is recommended to strengthen cultural dissemination and research utilization. These research findings provide reusable design improvement strategies for the construction of digital platforms for ancient texts and offer valuable references for designers of such platforms.
