City 5.0 and the Next Generation of STPs; Holistic Models for Integration and Convergence

This paper explores the intersection of City 5.0, a new urban model, and STP 5.0, an evolving innovation ecosystem aimed at fostering technological, economic, and social change within cities. City 5.0 represents a departure from the previous smart city model (City 4.0) by prioritizing human-centered governance, sustainability, and AI-augmented decision-making at the core of urban development.
