This report analyses the utilisation trends of the GLOBIKES bike-sharing system in Bistrița, Romania, between 2025 and 2026. Using official 2025 data as a baseline, the study simulates growth scenarios for 2026, incorporating seasonal variations and infrastructure expansion from 7 to 10 docking terminals. The findings highlight the potential of bike-sharing as a sustainable mobility solution in medium-sized cities.
