In the digital context of the digital and intelligence era, cultivating innovative talents has been placed a high priority by the nation. Deep learning serves as a fundamental fulcrum for fostering students' innovation capacities and core competencies. Educational research has demonstrated certain research breakthroughs and significant progress through the integration of innovative teaching methodologies with deep learning principles. However, research and discussion on developing executable teaching frameworks for actual classroom environments are still relatively insufficient.. This study integrates ICAP theory with deep learning principles to design and implement an instructional framework grounded in ICAP theory, using junior high school information technology courses as the implementation context. Using a design-based research approach, we implemented the framework through three iterative cycles of classroom instruction. Results indicate that the application of this framework significantly enhances both the frequency and quality of students' deep learning. This study provides an actionable model for promoting deep learning in educational practice through systematic framework design and implementation.
