Olive industry is one of the pillars of the agricultural economy of Palestine; it is, however, restricted to the traditional and linear form of production, which leads to the extreme stage of inefficiency of the resources, wastage, and deterioration of the environment. The present paper is a discussion of the ways the concept with a circular economy coupled with the use of green can have a positive influence on the Palestine economy through the redesign of the olive value chain. The major regions of production such as Jenin, Nablus, Tulkarm, Ramallah and Hebron comprising 100 olive farmers, cooperatives and processors were gained through quantitative analytical methodology based on descriptive analysis. The research established that there existed high positive relationships among the operations of agricultural extensions, application of circular economy and the economic-environmental results (r = 0.612, p < 0.01). The results suggest that waste valorization, resource efficiency, and sustainable business models can prove to be effective in enhancing profitability and environmental performance to a great degree. Use of pinyin methods like the use of olive pomace, mill wastewater and pruning residues as bioenergy sources, biofertilizers and biochar were observed to increase the range of income, employment and rural sustainability. But these are obstacles, which are broken in the unavailability to green technologies, unsuccessful formal education of the farmers, and the institutional support has not been so far comprehensive, which does not give the possibility to implement it on the mass scale. The research will conclude that pilot demonstration projects, capacity building and enabling policy frameworks can be deployed in a manner that will ensure a sustainable circular change in the Palestinian olive industry. The findings will be incorporated in the development of an analytic tool which will be implemented by the policy makers and stakeholders in ensuring an inclusive economic growth, management of the environment and climate resiliency in the agricultural sector of Palestine.
