Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping corporate human resources management models. This paper synthesizes consulting and implementation cases across multiple industries (energy, medical devices, FMCG) to explore digital practices using Workday and Saba Learning Management Systems (LMS). Research methods include machine learning clustering and logistic regression analysis of learning behavior data from 3,500 users. Combined with Kotter's eight-step change management model, this evaluates the implementation effectiveness of digital projects. Results indicate that competency-based LMS significantly enhances the correlation between learning and performance: high-learning-credit groups achieved an 18% performance improvement rate and a 12% increase in employee retention. Regarding organizational transformation, process standardization and cross-regional collaboration efficiency increased by 25%, while user satisfaction rose by 20%. This study not only demonstrates the value of AI-powered LMS in enhancing talent development but also provides methodological references for enterprises advancing HR strategies in the digital context.
