Although the literature on Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problems (RCPSPs) has demonstrated significant advances in modeling and resolution techniques, the practical application of these advances still faces challenges, such as the need for specialized knowledge and the lack of accessible support tools. This work introduces ItPlatPSP, an open-access web platform for modeling and solving RCPSPs, which synthesizes significant advances from the last decades in an interactive and iterative environment adapted to diverse user profiles. The platform handles problem variants ranging from the classical formulation to more complex instances, such as multi-project scheduling, and provides a comprehensive set of tools designed to promote systematic experimentation. Its features include guided forms for instance creation, interactive visualizations, solver parameterization support, and compatibility with standard benchmark file formats, ensuring interoperability with other tools. The platform also integrates exact solution methods based on Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) and a metaheuristic based on the Late Acceptance Hill-Climbing (LAHC) algorithm. Computational experiments demonstrated the platform's ability to generate both feasible and optimal solutions for a representative set of classical instances. The main contribution of this work lies in the democratization of access to state-of-the-art developments in the field, enhancing the applicability of academic research to real-world problems.
