Competition in the job market is becoming increas- ingly intense, and both candidates and recruiters face significant challenges during the hiring process. Traditional mock interview services often suffer from limitations such as a restricted number of evaluators and highly subjective, inconsistent feedback. To address these issues, this proposal introduces a platform that is both candidate-friendly and recruiter-efficient. Candidates can easily browse job postings, upload their CVs and resumes, and participate in AI-powered mock interviews designed to improve their confidence and preparedness. On the other hand, recruiters can create and manage job listings, review candidate responses, track applications, and even conduct AI-assisted mock interviews when needed. The system integrates features such as automated resume parsing, adaptive question generation, real- time performance analytics, and clear visualizations. These tools help identify the most suitable candidates by providing data- driven, evidence-based insights. Overall, the platform enhances candidate readiness while streamlining the entire shortlisting and recruitment workflow.
