On the other hand, recruiters can create and manage job listings, review candidate responses, track applications, and even conduct AI-assisted mock interviews when needed. The system integrates features such as automated resume parsing, adaptive question generation, real- time performance analytics, and clear visualizations. These tools help identify the most suitable candidates by providing data- driven, evidence-based insights. Overall, the platform enhances candidate readiness while streamlining the entire shortlisting and recruitment workflow.
