Abstract

Giant multilocular prostatic cystadenoma (GMPC) represents an exceedingly rare benign neoplasm originating from prostatic tissue [1] . Herein, we describe a distinctive clinical presentation involving a 69-year-old male with progressive left upper abdominal discomfort and obstructive voiding symptoms lasting more than one year. Computed tomography (CT) scan investigations identified a multiloculated cystic mass adjacent to the prostate, initially suggestive of seminal vesicle cystic lesions [2] . Definitive diagnosis was achieved through laparoscopic excision, with histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations confirming GMPC [3] . This case emphasizes the importance of accurate differential diagnosis and supports laparoscopic surgery as a reliable management approach for GMPC [4] .
