This paper presents a novel blockchain-enabled intelligent decision support system (DSS) designed to enhance sustainability in supply chain management.The proposed system integrates blockchain technology with artificial intelligence to provide real-time transparency, traceability, and intelligent decision-making capabilities for sustainable supply chain operations. Our approach addresses key challenges in supply chain sustainability including lack of transparency, inefficient resource allocation, and inadequate monitoring of environmental and social impacts. The system leverages smart contracts for automated compliance checking and decentralized consensus mechanisms for data integrity. Through comprehensive experiments using real-world data from multinational manufacturing companies, we demonstrate 23\% reduction in carbon emissions, 15\% improvement in resource utilization efficiency, and 40\% increase in supply chain transparency. The system achieves sub-second response times for decision queries while handling up to 10,000 transactions per second. The proposed framework provides a comprehensive solution for organizations seeking to implement sustainable practices in their supply chain operations while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
