Abstract

As an important part of the vocational education system, the professional identity of enterprise-sourced vocational teachers is of key significance to the stability and sustainable development of the teaching staff. The mediation model of professional identity affecting the willingness to stay in the vocational education system tested the mediating effects of professional success, organizational identity and perceived aptitude-job fit, and analyzed the moderating effect of role conflict. The study found that professional identity can significantly affect the willingness of enterprise-sourced vocational education teachers to stay in the vocational education system through professional success, organizational identity and perceived aptitude-job fit; while role conflict has a negative moderating effect in the influencing path. Based on this, this study suggests strengthening professional identity, improving the sense of belonging and career commitment of enterprise-sourced vocational education teachers; optimizing the job matching mechanism to alleviate the risk of role transition of enterprise-sourced vocational education teachers; and building a supportive campus culture to enhance the organizational identity of enterprise-sourced vocational education teachers.
