The rapid demographic transition in Jordan has resulted in an expanding elderly population, raising concerns about their quality of life (QoL). With the global rise in life expectancy, the elderly population faces various challenges that affect their overall quality of life. This study aimed to assess the QoL among elderly Jordanians and identify areas of QoL improvement. A descriptive correlational cross-sectional design study was conducted, including 220 participants from community settings and elderly homes in Amman and Irbid. The WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire was used to measure QoL across physical, psychological, social, and environmental domains. The results indicated moderate overall QoL, with the highest scores in social relationships and the lowest in physical health. The findings provide valuable insights for healthcare providers, policymakers, and elderly care services in Jordan, emphasizing targeted interventions improving overall QoL among the elderly population, particularly in strengthening healthcare accessibility, community support, and economic security.
