Abstract

observed phenomena. This paper reports the emergence of a single pair of constants across galaxies, strong gravitational lenses, CMB hot/cold spots (and voids), and the CMB blackbody spectrum: 𝑏 = 1, πœ…β˜… = π›Όπ‘Ÿ0. These invariants are first obtained empirically from multi-system regressions and then derived as necessary consequences of self-similarity and regularity within the MEST structural-tensor framework. They unify orbital, deflection and thermodynamic geometries under a constants-first principle, providing a compact route to astrophysical unification and falsifiable predictions for future surveys. dual constant unification, galaxy rotation curves, gravitational lensing, cosmic microwave background, cosmic voids, scaling invariants, spacetime geometry
