Abstract

This work presents a scalable hybrid quantum-classical cryptographic protocol that leverages architectural asymmetry in quantum communication channels to resist number-splitting attacks. Developed under conservative assumptions, the protocol demonstrates improved resistance to partial key access compared to BB84-family protocols, even at minimal operational scales. A working implementation is provided as a proof of concept.
