Concrete compressive and tensile strength is necessary for concrete structures, replacing any of the materials for concrete required having materials with good engineering properties, this research work utilized locally sourced jute fibre used in the production of grade 25N/mm2 concrete blended with ground waste glass. samples were produced and the proportion of the materials was determine using central composite design CCD (design expert). jute fibre concrete blended with ground waste glass, has shown significant increase in compressive and tensile strength for samples cured for 28 days, The maximum compressive strength of 27.85 N/mm 2 belongs to mix proportion with 0% jute and 7.5% ground waste glass content. While the lowest compressive strength of 11.78 N/mm 2 resulted from mix proportion with 0.75% jute and 15% ground waste glass content, The maximum splitting tensile strength of 3.59 N/mm 2 was achieved with mix proportion 0% jute 7.5% ground waste glass. Mix 1.5% jute and 15% ground waste glass has the minimum splitting tensile strength of 2.34 N/mm 2 .the addition of jute fibre in the concrete and replacement of cement with ground waste glass powder have significantly increased the compressive and tensile strength of concrete and there is good relationship between jute fibre and ground waste glass on the splitting tensile and compressive strength response model.
