Gazing into the new horizons of the post-Covid industrial era, the global industrial corridors harness new operation strategies’ to boost their declined prowess. Lean, the work philosophy of Toyota, has emerged as a potential warrior to bring back the lost glory. In India, manufacturers are also seeking to infiltrate into lean and figure out its charm. The goal of this research is to unfold the solutions to lean barriers in Indian manufacturing sector which is the first leap to harvest benefits of lean. A set of relevant lean tools act as steps to achieve their implementation. For the alleviation of lean barriers, seventy lean solutions are decoded whose prioritization furnishes a hawk-eye view to the managers to aptly deal with lean in organizational context. With robust MCDM techniques like fuzzy-SWARA and fuzzy-WASPAS, the results would provide a sturdy base for strategy building to invoke lean in global industrial paradigm. Type of paper: Research Paper
