This paper presents a comparative analysis of life cycle costs (LCC) between green-certified and conventional industrial buildings. The study investigates the economic sustainability of green buildings by examining construction, operation, maintenance, and end-of-life costs. The findings reveal that despite higher initial costs, green buildings can offer overall cost savings due to reduced operational expenses.
