Amid the ongoing challenges faced by traditional cancer therapies, the use of nanomaterials as smart carriers for beta-minus-emitting radionuclides has emerged as a promising approach for targeted cancer treatment, In this study, gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) were fabricated by a plasma jet system using gold salts at a concentration of 0.6 mM and loading them with negative beta particles at doses of 1.2 KGy و14.4 KGy and 15.6 KGy The following tests were performed: FE-SEM, XRD, and UV.The UV peaks were located between 680 and 720 nm, and the XRD values for Au were 38.76 (111), 44.4 (200), and 77.5 (311), along with the impact on the MDA cell line for breast cancer. After 48 hours, the maximal growth inhibition of AuNPs irradiated 15.6 KGy was 60%. After 48 hours of exposure to 14.4 KGy of AuNPs, the normal cell line (REF) showed the highest toxicity of 15.3%.
