Abstract

The present research project utilized cross-sectional surveys administered to faculty members from the fields of medical sciences, public health and nursing. The objective of the present study was to explore perceptions, experiences and future intentions regarding digital teaching methodologies. It is evident that digital platforms such as Zoom, Moodle and MS Teams have become widely utilized tools, primarily for the dissemination of content as opposed to facilitating interactive engagement. The faculty acknowledged the advantages of enhanced accessibility and heightened institutional attractiveness. However, the study also identified substantial challenges, including a considerable time investment, inadequate institutional support, and uncertainty regarding the efficacy of digital methods on learning outcomes. The results of the study demonstrate the importance of strategic institutional reforms, targeted didactic training, and clear policies that recognize the contribution of digital teaching to the sustainable enhancement of educational practices in healthcare disciplines.
