Abstract

Perspective statement: The cases presented highlight a potential risk of distal aortic complications specially type B aortic dissection in syndromic patients previously considered low-risk and where not previously reported before. These findings underscore the need for vigilant long-term surveillance and may influence surgical planning and patient selection in heritable aortic conditions.
