The rapid evolution of network infrastructures, including the rise of cloud-native architectures, virtualization, and remote connectivity, has introduced significant complexity into network security monitoring. Traditional tools such as Wireshark, Snort, and Zabbix offer partial solutions but often operate in silos, lack real-time interactivity, and provide minimal cryptographic guarantees for log integrity. This research presents NETSEC , an integrated framework for real-time network traffic analysis, 3D topology visualization, AES-256-GCM encrypted logging, and secure cloud-based storage. The system is designed with modular components for packet sniffing, threat detection, encrypted data handling, and intuitive visualization through a WebGL-powered dashboard. Experimental evaluations conducted on synthetic and emulated traffic show that NETSEC achieves lower average latency (2.1 ms), reduced resource consumption (19% CPU, 400 MB RAM), and a higher packet throughput (950 pkts/sec) compared to baseline tools. Furthermore, a System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment conducted with 13 participants yielded an average score of 89.2, indicating high usability. NETSEC demonstrates how integrated system design can improve both the technical and operational aspects of secure network monitoring. The framework is extensible and suitable for use in academic research, enterprise environments, and cybersecurity training.
