This study investigates how innovation in new quality productivity influences mega construction project success in new energy manufacturing enterprises, with dynamic knowledge sharing mediating this relationship and dynamic technical knowledge management serving as a moderating variable. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), we analyzed 287 responses from new energy manufacturing enterprises in China. Results confirm that new quality productivity innovation positively affects project success both directly and indirectly through dynamic knowledge sharing. Additionally, dynamic technical knowledge management strengthens these relationships. This research contributes to the understanding of innovation management in mega construction projects and provides practical insights for new energy manufacturing enterprises.
