Abstract

Objective To explore the kinesiophobia experience of tumor patients after PICC catheterization, and to analyze the patients' views and true inner feelings about kinesiophobia, with a view to providing reference for reducing the occurrence of kinesiophobia and enhancing the experience of carrying the tube. Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select patients with PICC placement tumors in a tertiary hospital in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, as the research object, semi-structured in-depth interview method was used for data collection, and the content of the interview was analyzed through the seven-step analysis method of Colaizzi's phenomenological data. Results 1.Physiological discomfort after catheter placement leads to agoraphobic behavior 2.Psychological stress after catheter placement triggers agoraphobic reactions 3.Agoraphobic manifestations in catheter maintenance and home management 4.Agoraphobic coping in home life and work. Conclusion The kinesiophobia behavior with PICC in oncology patients presents multidimensional dynamic evolution characteristics, and its core triggers involve the interaction of physiological reactions, psychological stressors, and daily behaviors, which require more attention and early intervention to reduce potential adverse reactions.
